Our Owner and Senior Event Planner, Franciene Foster, is a certified wedding consultant with over a decade of experience in the business. She has executed hundreds of events and worked with some of the biggest names in the Jamaican hospitality and event industry, including Pier One Montego Bay, the Ritz-Carlton, Jewel Resorts and the Bridal Dreams Expo.
Having worked as a concierge, catering manager and wedding planner in Jamaica, she has well-rounded event planning expertise and a long roster of vendor relationships that she’s only too happy to call on to ensure her clients get exactly what they’re looking for on their big day. Consultation: Our services begin once you’ve gotten engaged and need an expert to consult with about your special day. This includes:
- Conceptualizing and planning customized wedding theme
- Budget analysis and recommendation
- Providing a wedding checklist for the couple
- Sourcing & assisting with selection of all suppliers/vendors
- Negotiating and checking all vendors’ contracts before signing (where necessary)
- Assisting with contract reviews for suppliers booked or to be booked by the client (where necessary)
- Provision of Wedding Planning organization document with all details discussed
Full Planning: Our services begin once you’ve gotten engaged and need an expert to plan and execute your special day. This includes:
- Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process
- Unlimited one-on-one meetings, phone calls and emails from the date of contract
- Researching, suggesting and setting up meetings with all vendors for the clients and consulting every step of the way
- Booking of venue and attending site visits with vendors
- Development, management and assessment of your budget
- Ensuring that wedding etiquette is met, and proper religious requirements, licenses and police permits are acquired

Month-Of Coordination
Our services begin four weeks before your special day, after you’ve planned your wedding and need an expert to bring your vision to life on the day of. This includes:

- Liaising with vendors to ensure everything is in order
- Site visit with you and all vendors handling setup and logistics
- Wedding Day Timeline to guide you through the day’s events
- Ceremony rehearsal
- Monitor set-up of location and vendor coordination
