We use ingredients like saffron, pumpkin leaves, melon seeds, plantain, cassava, and yam. A celebration of African cuisine and flavors, they provide a bespoke experience to Home Dining with simple wholesome Pan-African cuisine, harnessing as much authenticity as possible while respecting the food's true origin and history. Adeline's Kitchen is a weekly meal delivery service with no minimum term or commitment. You choose what goes in your box and when you want it and we’ll deliver it to your door. And if you want to skip a week, cancel or change anything, that’s no problem. Just let us know within 48hrs. They also provide different food packages and meal boxes of different ranges, and menus such as moimoi, pepper soup, gizdodo, etc.

ABOUT ADELINE'S KITCHEN- M. RASINE

The women in Southeastern Nigeria, where my mother is from usually cook in communion with each other, their babies tightly nestled on their backs as they pound the yams, cassava, or cocoyams into a healthy dough. They would sing songs that told their history and chatted about everything and nothing.

Now a mum myself, my daughter Adeline and I have carried on that tradition of cooking together. I take pride in teaching her the traditional ways but also re-imagining the way people enjoy and experience food.  I set an ambitious standard for my cuisine with an ever-evolving menu and immersive flavors, and now you have the privilege of tasting the bold and unique flavors that come from a rich and transcending history, from my kitchen to your table!
