Currently, Viviane Valerius focuses in her private atelier for her special clientele built over the course of her career in Miami, which focuses on women of all sizes and enlightening these women through her intricate yet simplistic and easy-to-wear designs.
Born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, Viviane Valerius has been intrigued by design since the young age of 13. From her early teenage years throughout young adult hood, Viviane has truly be inspired by everything around her, from things as simple as the movement and grace of a butterfly fluttering through the sky or just two people casually walking by, she has always seemed to find beauty in almost anything that created emotion.
In the year of 1998, the Valerius' family fled Haiti to the city of Miami for a more relaxed living and an "American" lifestyle, where Viviane's love and passion for design was pursued for a career in Fashion. In 2009, she graduated from Miami's best international design school, Miami International University of Art and Design with a Bachelor's degree for Fashion Design. Her peers then, and now, label her work as innovative, avant-garde pieces that are wearable, due to the elegance and grace her designs carry.
