Bronx and Peurto Rican Queen Jennifer Lopez and her Dominican King Alex Rodriguez are engaged. The former professional baseball player A-Rod popped the question to his Bae at a romantic beach getaway on Saturday, and obviously JLo Said YEEEESSSSS!! Just last year, she did say she wasn’t in a rush to get married due to her past mistakes and even mentioned she was not sure she’ll be getting married to Alex. But love knows best as she’s pretty much elated now.
The lovebirds who have been together for over a year and a half made the announcement on their instagram pages with just simple notes of “she said yes” and “heart emoticons” with the diamond stone on display. Jlo also tagged Ellen DeGeneres on her own pic as Ellen previously volunteered to help plan their wedding on her show.
So it appears about 20 years ago, Alex eye’s has been on Jlo where he got her to sign an autograph of his poster of her. Alex posted this on his instagram as well – “#TBT to almost 20 years ago when a big time global pop superstar signed a pic for a young ball player”.
We hope this is 4th time lucky for JLo as this will be her 4th marriage while for Alex, it will be his 2nd. Best wishes to the stunning couple, we can’t wait to see their lavish wedding with a touch of Dominican and Puerto Rican culture.
